URM PREMIUM and Insertec are strongly positioned to design and manufacture any refractory to meet customer  specific requirement.

Design & Engineering Services

URM PREMIUM with partnership of Insertec designs and manufactures a wide range of furnaces and refractories for the aluminium casthouses.
This covers melting, holding, homogenising and annealing furnaces and sow ingots preheating and drying furnace. The range includes tilting reverb furnace, dry hearth reverb furnace, dual chamber furnace, rotary furnace and coil annealing furnace.

URM PREMIUM and Insertec are fully capable of designing precast shapes for the dry hearth, door frame of the furnaces. Also in a position to design suitable regenerative burners and supply of precast floor tiles, launders and Filter Boxes.
